This beautiful classic tune by Margarita Lecuona, daughter of Eugenio Lecuona, a Cuban consul in New York, was re-arranged and recorded by maestro Chucho Valdes for the album: Chucho Valdes & the Afro- Cuban Messengers , Border Free.
He converted the tune, which is original sang, into a peaceful and enchanting Latin-Jazz tune in an Afro rhythm.
Beautifully arranged for two horns, this is a wonderful addition to any Latin-Jazz set.
