If there is one single Cuban son you should learn than it is Miguel Matamoros “Lagrimas Negras”. The sheer beauty of it’s melody and lyrics made it an evergreen for many years now.
It’s played in countless versions and probably nobody can ever agree on which version to play. So it comes in handy to have a chart that clarifies the essentials like which Intro, chord changes or ending is played.
